Course Description:
This is a 3-day, instructor-led classroom course. This course will incorporate cooperative learning principles to ensure maximum retention.
The goal of this workshop is to help sustain and support your process by equipping your facilitators with the practical skills and tools they need to succeed in their vital role. This workshop focuses on the leadership skills and team management capabilities required to keep your process effectively reducing exposures. Understand the critical success factors for sustainability of your process, delivering high-impact feedback, dealing with conflict, and influencing others are just a few of the topics covered.
