Details:
This is a 4.5-day, classroom course that meets in-person and is led by an instructor.
The course will be held Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to noon.
Requirements:
Participants must be certified in BAPP (Behavioral Accidental Prevention Process) or EBS (Exposure Based Safety).
Description:
This course combines two trainings: BAPP/EBS Facilitator Skills Workshop and Introduction to Adaptive BBS Technology.
BAPP/EBS Facilitator Skills Workshop
The goal of this workshop is to help sustain and support your BAPP/EBS process by equipping your facilitators with the practical skills and tools they need to succeed. The workshop focuses on developing the leadership skills and team management capabilities to enhance exposure reduction through an effective BAPP/EBS process.
Participants will understand:
- The critical success factors for sustainability of your process.
- How to deliver high-impact feedback.
- Strategies for addressing and managing conflict.
- Skills for influencing others.
The workshop also provides an opportunity to network with peers and creates a forum to discuss challenges specific to your implementation.
The course uses the latest training methods in order to maximize retention and comprehension. It will include scenario-based learning to prepare participants for real-life situations
Introduction Adaptive BBS Technology
In this training, participants will learn to navigate the Adaptive BBS framework.
Participants will learn:
- How to enter and review observations.
- The process for creating and reviewing action items.
- The fundamentals of reporting and dashboards.
Attendees will also learn the functionality of Adaptive BBS on both desktop and mobile platforms.
