MULTI-LEVEL WEEKLONG

Multi-level workshops are designed for all dancers (beginners to advanced). These workshops are excellent for dancers new to Suhaila's format and wanting to get a "big picture" view of her format and, if interested, Suhaila's certification program. Advanced dancers also enjoy taking these workshops for an opportunity to learn new techniques and choreography. Any Prerequisites? Open to all participants. What will be covered? Participants will be given an overview of Suhaila's unique format and terminology. The week begins with an overview of Level 1 material and then progresses daily through the levels. Dancers may approach the material at their own pace. Students will also learn a choreography broken down in Suhaila format language. Why attend? - To learn more about the Suhaila format and terminology.
- To learn an accessible but challenging format that will help you develop into a better dancer.
- To train in a format that allows you to layer with any stylization (tribal, cabaret, fusion, etc.)
- To prepare for Suhaila format Level 1 certification.
What about testing? - Optional Level 1 certification testing is available on Friday afternoon after the workshop for an additional charge of $150.
- Note that testing fees are paid for a specific testing date and not refundable/transferable.

How to prepare? - Train with the Fitness Fusion DVD series for muscle control, strength and flexibility.
- Read and study the Level 1 Study Guide.
- Train with the Playing Finger Cymbals with Jamila CD and Finger Cymbal Manual.
- Study with the Rhythm ID CD.
- For experience in working with choreography, try one of the choreography DVDs.

Participants who sign up and pay in full for the January 2010 Multi-Level will receive two free months of online classes. To activate the subscription and set up subscription dates, send an email to suhaila@suhailainternational.com; an email must be sent no later January 25 to take advantage of this special offer. The two months must be taken consecutively with no extensions, and the beginning date must begin no later than January 25, 2010. Offer may not be exchanged or transferred to another person. Offer does not apply to workshop transfers. Participants with existing online class subscriptions will have the two months added to their current subscription.
