Lost your original certificate?  Don't worry! You can order a replacement. We send our orders to a graphic artist out of state who prints each one individually; the process often takes up to 3 months. Expedited processing is not available. To order a replacement certificate, in your order notes please include:

1. your full real name

2. the certification level

3. the original date on the certificate

All information will be verified.
