Return Policies

1.  No returns on any non-clothing items (CDs, DVDs, books, cymbals, manuals, etc.) or on sale clothing items.  If an item is damaged or broken, we will replace it if notified within 15 days of purchase with proof of purchase.  Contact the store for details.

3.  Specialty and Master classes are nonrefundable.


4.  Regularly priced clothing items (unless otherwise noted), may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase for another size of the same item.  Customer should contact the store for details.  Clothes must be in original condition.  (Note that the customer will have to cover the expense of shipping back the original item as well as the shipping expenses for sending out the new item.)
