A New Generation of SmartCart
Upgrade Announcement
With much anticipation, we are very excited to announce the release of our newest version of SmartCart! Within the next 30 days we will be launching SmartCart 9, our most impressive ecommerce system to date, and best of all - this upgrade will be free of charge! *
The enhancements in SmartCart 9 are evident in every area. The customer's shopping experience is noticably more user friendly. The shopper can easily adjust the sorting of the product display (alphabetical, newest products, price, number of products displayed). For the store administrator, the user interface is much more organized and beaming with indulgent functionality.

How Do I Upgrade My Account?
Once the upgrade is available, you will be notified by email and within your SmartCart admin control panel. Instructions will be provided at that time.
* Clients that have custom-programmed ecommerce systems may require additional programming to re-incorporate custom features into the upgraded system.

The Multiple Cart and Shipment feature in SmartCart Enterprise accounts allows purchasers to shop for multiple recipients at once. With one easy checkout, the purchaser can submit multiple orders in one ordering session. Each order can have it's own shipping destination with it's own relevent shipping prices, taxes, etc. Works great for gift selling and for purchasers who send multiple shipments to multiple locations.
How It Works:
- Activate the Multi Shipment / Gift Shopping feature from the link in the admin control panel.
- Once activated, customers will be presented with the option to purchase items for Me (the customer) or Someone Else (recipient).
- Saves all recipient info to an Address Book for future orders.

SmartCart's Refer A Friend offer makes friendship more valuable than ever before. When a friend subscribes to SmartCart because of your referral, you'll receive up to $60 in service credit!
It's easy! When one of your friends subscribes, they only need to provide the name of the friend that referred them. We will ask them for this info at checkout.
