Help your dog "talk" and tell you what he wants - Great for housebreaking puppies and lots of fun, too!
Teach your dog to tell you when he or she wants to "go out" eat some food, go for a ride, play with his bone-whatever you choose-with this "cross species communication" program. It includes a Hero recorder unit and two "nuzzle" switches you mount on a wall plus instruction video and manual.
Say, for example, you want your dog to tell you when she's ready to go out and "do her thing." You mount the recorder and Nuzzle switch on the wall near the door. Using repetition and reward, you teach your dog to nose the switch which turns on a message you have pre-recorded "Brandy needs to go outside," "Rover has to do..." or however you normally say it. Using the Hero as an aid, many puppies can be housebroken without accidents in one week. The instruction manual has full details.
Eventually you can add up to ten Nuzzle switches (there are ten jacks in the recorder for up to 10 different messages), and this is where the fun really comes in! Dogs learn to nose the correct nuzzle switch for what they want to "say", for example: "Blondie wants her bone," "Snowball needs some love," or " Bruno is hungry." Give your dog what she asked for to reinforce continued use of the system. Pretty soon the two of you will be having conversations every day.
