Philosophy

The English translation of the word Malama mean light and to protect. Since he was a teen, Alika Medeiros has studied and worked with the world's great philosophical and spiritual leaders to develop a method for living an extra-ordinary life. His approach to the world through his Aloha Life attitude is infused in every aspect of Malama International.

Shipping Information

• Upon checkout, you will have the option to have your order shipped via U.P.S, Federal Express or the United States Postal Service. 
  
• All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays.
  
• Once your credit card has been approved, your order will be processed.  In general, you will receive your order in 3-10 business days.
• You can select to send packages to either your Billing Address (the same address as billing for your credit card) or an Shipping Address (an alternate address for you).
• Orders placed for our products at Amazon.com, Borders.com, BarnesandNobel.com and any other online retailers are processed by those retailers and ship directly from them.  Please contact their customer service personnel if you experience issues with their shipping.
  

Return Information

• Refunds will be issued for any product that is returned unopened within 7 days of receipt.
  
• Exchanges on defective merchandise will be processed immediately.  To make an exchange, contact online support or call 800-958-7120.
  
• In case of an unauthorized charge with sufficient proof, all charges will be refunded and the fraudulent transaction reported to the authorities for investigation.
• We will refund the credit card you use for the original purchase price of the merchandise, excluding shipping cost.
• If package is damaged en route please contact us immediately at 800-958-7120 before returning it.
• We have the right to deny credit if merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements
• Returns and exchanges on items purchased through Amazon.com, Borders.com, BarnesandNobel.com and all other online retailers are at the discretion of those retail outlets.  Please review their policies before making a purchase.
