Sender gasket materials (with exception of Viton), & "O" ring seals, are not recommended for use with Bio-Diesel mixtures of over 20%. Caution, Improper part installation procedures, or use of seals with corrosive additives or mixtures, could cause a seal failure, & subsequent leaks. Modification of the original part design, mishandling, or purchasing a sender size that will touch the tank bottom, sides, or baffles, will void the warranty. Warranty claims or returns, will not be processed without a Wema USA, Inc., Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA). All Warranty claims must be processed in accordance with our Procedural Outline, and Warranty Policy (some exceptions may apply). The Warranty for our 316 type stainless steel sender line, is 3 years (some exceptions may apply), & 18 months for all our other manufactured items. All returns, other than warranty, will require for the buyer to notify Wema USA (seller), within 20 days of part shipment (from seller). Parts in this category, must be unused, serviceable, & received by the seller, within 20 days of the RGA # assignment. A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged for items returned for reasons other than warranty.
