Enter the phonetic spelling of the first and/or last name only if it is unusual or could be pronounced differently. Spell the name as it sounds or rhyme it with something. Here are some examples -- Kuck (cook), Martinez (Mar-TEEN-ez), Brady (rhymes with lady).
