We can deliver your COPAS Publications Manual in electronic format, offering you not only a reduced price from the traditional hard-copy manual but the convenience of keeping this reference material on your laptop. Your CD-ROM comes with files in both Word and .pdf formats and is updated annually. Once you become a subscriber (by placing an initial order for $460), each December you will receive a replacement CD-ROM containing revised and new COPAS documents for a reduced price of $115. New CDs will not be issued unless there are updates made between release dates. You may ask to be removed from the CD-ROM annual subscription list by making written notification to the COPAS office before December 1.

The same CD-ROM is available with a site subscription license. Updates will be provided annually for $575 in the same manner described above to site license holders. The site subscription license allows companies to use the electronic documents on any of their network configuration. Each company receives one CD-ROM. You may ask to be removed from the annual subscription list by making written notification to the COPAS office before December. 1.
